cooldown increased from 9s to 10s
T1 changed from -4s Cooldown to +1 Charge
T2 changed from +50 damage to -8% Bullet Resist, and -5% per Stack
T3 changed from +2s slow duration and -1 stamina to 40% CDR on hit
projectile speed increased from 3500 to 4200
updated sfx
added a pitch incrementor to impact sound. The sound will slightly increment in pitch relative to each stack that gets applied to a target.
